This is a quick note to let you know you have my greatest thanks for supporting me during the presentation for Boulder last week. I know how important getting that account was to the home office and the reps at Boulder getting cold feet even before the presentation was certainly going to be a setback. Having my boss not only step in to ease their minds, but to sit with me and go through the step-by-step of my show was a move that this appreciation letter can only begin to cover.

The support of my boss was extremely encouraging. You were kind enough to stand behind my overall decisions, but knew where to make suggestions. Thanks to those I made a few adjustments that not only ended up pleasing the suits at Boulder, but helped us avoid a few non-compliance issues down the line. In every way, your intervention and advice was invaluable. And I will certainly take you up on your offer to bring any questions or sticky situations directly to you in the future.

I would only be fooling myself to not admit the project had me stressed. Going in knowing I had my boss on my side was a boost I cannot describe. To have had access to your experience and guidance is going to go a long way on all my projects. And each time, you can expect another appreciation letter.
