List your top academic qualifications in your education section. Many warehouse supervisors now have a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field, whereas others may only have a high school diploma and gain on-the-job expertise.

 

You should also include any related professional certifications in areas such as forklift operation or OSHA.

Do:

• Refer to specific duties that show leadership in your previous work experience. In particular, any time you have led other warehouse associates in the warehouse team is worthy of including.
• Refer to industry-specific terminology like the Six Sigma methodology.
• Use concise phrases and bullet points to list your skills and describe your achievements.

Don’t:

• Falsify leadership experience if you don’t have any. This will probably get found out later in the process.
